Western Lithium Engages Investor Relations Consultant
Vancouver, B.C.: Western Lithium Canada Corporation (“Western Lithium” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: WLC) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Cindy Burnett of Vancouver, B.C. to provide investor relations services, initially for a period of six months.
Ms. Burnett will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the development of a comprehensive investor relations program for Western Lithium.
Ms. Burnett is an experienced investor relations professional and has worked in both the chemical and mining industries. She was most recently Vice President of Investor Relations at Skye Resources Inc. (which recently merged with HudBay Minerals Inc.) and prior to that was Vice President of Investor Relations at Ivanhoe Energy Inc. Ms. Burnett previously spent over 25 years with NOVA Chemicals and the Alberta Gas Trunk Line Company in both Canada and the U.S. in a number of corporate roles, including investor relations. She is presently a Director of the B.C. Chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and Past President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
Other than providing services pursuant to the Agreement, Ms. Burnett has no direct or indirect interest in the Company or its securities or any right to acquire an interest in the Company. The company has agreed to pay Ms. Burnett a consulting fee of $12,500 per month. The anticipated total cost for the six month term is $75,000.
